I was really impressed with this book, and how it explained running a real estate business. I highly recommend.
Best book in the biz. Honest, easy to read and motivating. And you don't have to be in real estate to benefit from the authors' experiences and advice to make positive, profitable changes in your life--and to be prepared for the downturns. Read it. Take it to heart. There's no reason not to.
M3 is an excellent book for anyone striving to succeed in business.Mindset is key to all kinds of success and the strategies and formulas can easily be adapted to other types of business.
It's an easy read that is almost more of a reference manual, that you'll want to keep near your work-space.

I had the pleasure and good fortune to have Marshall as my broker. The methods in this book do work ... they work very well in fact. I will be revisiting this book yearly - if not quarterly - as a needed reminder that following the practices outlined will only serve to increase my business profitability and overall quality of business and personal life. Well worth the read!
I've read A LOT of Real Estate, Business and Finance books to get one step ahead in my Real Estate career. This book is hands down my go to. I re-read it at least 6 times a year. Not far behind is the book Ninja Selling. If you're a relational person who would like to learn some flow without dropping $$$$ into any and everything please just give this book a try.
